• Is it possible to check the functionality of the ozone decomposition system in advance?

We offer rental equipment mainly for standard products. Please feel free to contact us.

  • What is ozone?

It is an allotrope of oxygen consisting of three oxygen atoms. The molecular formula is O3 and has a folded structure. It is a highly corrosive, toxic substance with a characteristic fishy, pungent odor and is present in the atmosphere at very low concentrations. Ozone has the second strongest oxidizing effect after fluorine, and is used for sterilization, virus inactivation, deodorization, decolorization, and removal of organic matter.

  • How can I measure ozone concentration?

A simple method is the Kitagawa detector tube. It consists of a detector tube and a gas sampler and can easily measure ozone. We also offer digital ozone densitometers, so please feel free to contact us for more information.

  • Is customization possible?

We can accommodate you according to the amount of ozone generated and the airflow rate. Please feel free to contact us.

  • Is it easy to change the filter?

It can be easily replaced with a screwdriver or other tools. Replacement work is also available. Please feel free to contact us.

  • How can I check the ozone concentration after treatment?

Ozone measurement kits are available. Please feel free to contact us.

  • What is the delivery time?

Some models are available for immediate delivery, but it depends on the degree of customization.

  • Can I use it right away?

We also offer rental equipment, mainly standard equipment. We have been used in cases where the equipment will only be used for a few months or for demonstrations of other equipment. Please feel free to contact us.

  • I have different diameters to connect.

A slight diameter adjustment can be made with a connection component called a reducer.

  • How is the exhaust air volume adjusted?

Basically, this is done by selecting a blower, but it can be adjusted to some extent with a component called a damper.

  • Can it be used in a clean room?

It can be used if the exhaust port is connected outside the clean room.

  • Are there any humidity restrictions around the use of ozone decomposition equipment?

The recommended operating humidity range is 60%RH or less. Avoid using the product in a high humidity environment. If the exhaust air contains water vapor, it is necessary to remove the moisture.

  • The exhaust is hot. Is everything okay?

If the temperature exceeds 200°C, removal may not be complete. Please contact our Sales Engineering Department.

  • I am getting a sour smell from the exhaust fumes, what should I do?

Ozone is decomposed, but other organic gases are presumed to be generated. A separate filter for decomposing organic gases is required.

  • Is it possible to introduce the system overseas?

Since the product does not fall under the category of strategic substances, it is possible to introduce the product overseas. If you need a Certificate of Non-Applicability, please feel free to contact our Sales Engineering Department.

  • How should I dispose of used filters?

When disposing of this product, it is treated as industrial waste and classified as "glass, concrete, and ceramic waste." In accordance with the "Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law," the customer, as the generator of the product, should either request an industrial waste handling company or return the product to us.

  • How should I store replacement filters?

There is no particular safety issue, but due to the quality of the product, it should not be wetted and should be stored indoors at room temperature and humidity.
