• What is your pricing?

All prices are open to the public. Please feel free to contact our Sales Engineering Department.

  • How do I connect an exhaust blower or other equipment?

Please check the connection example for ASM1101N.

  • We are considering installing ASM2003N. What kind of dry air should we prepare for cooling the lamps?

ASM2003N requires a cooling air supply to cool the lamp and stabilize the UV irradiance. The required air volume is 10 L/min or more and the required pressure is 0.4 MPa. The ASM2003N is equipped with a filter-regulator (filtering degree 5μm), but the air to be supplied should be air from which oil and moisture have been removed.

  • Is long-term rental of small equipment available?

    We are happy to respond.

  • Can I confirm the effectiveness of the program in advance?

We have a small loaner unit that is easy to utilize. We also have a lineup of low-cost experimental machines.

  • What are the main items to check when considering the introduction of equipment?

    1. Purpose of Introduction
    2. Workpiece material and dimensions
    3. Workpiece Shape
    4. cycle time
    5. Heat load and other restrictions
    6. Installation space
    7. Input voltage and frequency
    8. Availability of ozone discharge ducts, etc.
  • Are safety measures required?

Safety mechanisms are standard built into the laboratory equipment. However, UV and ozone are harmful to the human body. When using the equipment, please use it in an environment where you will not be forced to look directly at the UV light or be exposed to it. Also, if you smell ozone, you should take measures such as ventilating the room.

  • Are there any safety standards for UV radiation?

Ultraviolet rays are harmful to the human body, causing damage especially to the eyes and skin. The degree of danger depends on the wavelength, with the most harmful wavelength being 270 nm.The main wavelength of low-pressure mercury vapor lamps used in ordinary UV cleaning and surface modification equipment is the highly hazardous 254 nm, and this 254 nm is generally targeted when controlling light leakage. The allowable exposure according to the recommendation of ACGIH (American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists) in the United States is called TLV (Threshold Limit Value), which is 6.0 mJ/cm2 at a wavelength of 254 nm.

  • Can you accommodate special specifications?

We can immediately respond to custom designs and quotations according to customer needs and applications.

  • What is the life expectancy of the ballasts?

The frequency of use and the environment in which the product is used will greatly affect the quality of the product. As long as the environment in which they are used is stable, they will not be damaged. There are no particular signs of breakage, and the product should be used until it breaks. For daily inspections, please check for abnormal noise and dust accumulation once every 1 to 3 months.

  • Is technical support available?

We also provide a full range of technical follow-up services by our professional staff. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • What is the environmental impact?

The system is environmentally friendly as well as labor-friendly, as it generates less CO2, etc.

  • Is it possible to introduce the system overseas?

Since the product does not fall under the category of strategic substances, it is possible to introduce the product overseas. If you need a Certificate of Non-Applicability, please feel free to contact our Sales Engineering Department.

  • I purchased a lab machine for research use, but am considering installing a production machine. Can you produce the same samples when scaling up?

Since our UV irradiation equipment uses the same lamps for both laboratory and production equipment, there is little risk of scale-up, and irradiation conditions can be utilized as they are when deployed in mass production equipment.

  • We are considering installing our equipment overseas. Can you support overseas power supply voltages for standard machines as well?

Yes, we can accommodate you. Please feel free to contact us.

  • Does the product contain hazardous substances according to the RoHS Directive?

Mercury lamps contain a very small amount of mercury, but are currently exempted from the RoHS Directive. However, it is necessary to periodically check the trend of mercury in these lamps.

  • How should I dispose of used UV lamps?

Used UV lamps are treated as industrial waste. As the generator, you are requested to ask an industrial waste handling company or send them to us.

  • I have lost my instruction manual. Can I get it again?

Please feel free to contact our Sales Engineering Department. We will be happy to assist you.

  • We are planning to install the product in a clean room. Is this possible?

Basically, it is possible to respond.

  • How long is the warranty period?

The warranty is for one year. After that, please contact us for repairs, maintenance and inspections.
